Requested by CRZ Forum members. This is somewhat modified from the original by Masaaki - I cut out the dashboards I didn't want and tweaked some of the entries. I added a "Hybrid Battery" state of charge readout. Further mods to follow. Version 1.0 - basic beta. Version 1.1 - fixed a few entries and typos, added Power graph for testing.
