The default Tuxedo_Landscape with the following changes

Performance dashboard:
- Speed uses the GPS value if available and vehicle speed >5MPH
- If GPS speed is being displayed, GPS appears along with the vertical and horizontal accuracy.
- Fixed power value
- Fixed torque value
- Changed timing chart to Fuel Flow
- Changed default Boost -> Economy
- Changed default Accel -> Fuel Flow
